Out of the Blue investments is a multi faceted Company whose activities include property development and investment in commercial and leisure projects and the export of consumer products to China which is carried out by our export division, Gateway To China.

The Company property activities have been mainly focused in Andalucía but other areas of Spain are of interest.

We aim to identify and acquire land suitable for commercial/leisure projects and town centre buildings for refurbishment. We will either agree to buy land or we are equally happy to joint venture with land or property owners.

Our highly qualified and specialised professional team will carry out every aspect of the planning procedures and, notably, our commercial licensing team has a wealth of experience in obtaining commercial license approval and has acted for many of the major retailers who have established themselves in Andalucía, for example:-Carrefour, Leroy Merlin Decathlon etc.

We work with International Investment Funds and liaise closely with them to ensure that the final product we hand over to them meets with their investment requirements.

We aim to be innovative and creative with our projects, particularly with regard to the design and with the leisure content. We closely follow new concepts that are continually evolving in the leisure industry thus our projects are at the cutting edge of new design and entertainment concepts.

We also pay particular attention to using sustainable energy sources and carefully select materials that are environmentally friendly whenever possible.

We always work with internationally recognised professional Companies and Firms to advise and assist us covering all aspects of the entire development process; legal, audit and accountancy, architectural, engineering, construction, leasing, tusheming, project management and sale.
